What You Resist, Persist

Whatever you resist will persist, which means that whatever you passionately don't want, you are inviting to you. Put the power of your passionate emotions into what you do want, and bring those things to you.

Focus is creating. Focus with emotion is powerful creating.

Most people don't realize how much passion they put into what they don't want. When you speak to a friend and you tell them all about an "awful" situation, you are putting passion into what you don't want. When you react to an event negatively, with the response that it is "terrible," you are putting passion into what you don't want.

You are a beautiful passionate being, so make sure you direct your passion wisely.

As you defend against something in your life, you are bringing the very thing you don't want to you. Defending is focusing on the problem, and defending attracts more defending. Instead, be creative and focus all your energy on the outcome you want. Creating is focusing on the solutions.

Be creative, not defensive. Focus on the solutions, not on the problems.

The tighter you try and hold on to something that you are afraid of losing, the more you are pushing it away. Those thoughts are filled with fear, and if you continue to persist, what you fear the most will come upon you. Fear nothing - just think about what you want. It feels so much better!

This is why Mother Teresa never attended an Anti-War movement. She was Pro-peace. She knew that if she fought against war, she would be adding more energy to wars and that would help create more wars. She understood the Law of Attraction.
