Creative Abundance (pt 2)

As human beings, for us to desire things is only normal. However, desiring something and needing something are two different matters. To desire something is in proper accordance with the law. You attract what you desire. To need something is misuse of the law. You cannot attract what you need if you feel you need it urgently or desperately, because that emotion contains fear. That kind of "needing" keeps things away. Therefore, by all means, desire everything but need nothing. Admittedly this does take some practice as it is a fine line that separates desire and need.

To create:
Step 1 - Ask. That means you get very, very clear about what you want by thinking it through completely. Remember that the moment you ask for what you want, it already exists in the spiritual world. Asking is the active step of creation.
Step 2 - Believe. That means you must know inside yourself that what you asked for is yours immediately. Your belief provides the means for your desire to transform from the spiritual into the material world. Believing is the passive step of creation.
Step 3 - Receive. If you believe you have already received, then you will receive. Receiving is the third step in creating, and it is the result of you bringing the active and passive together, which forms a perfect creation. Creation is identical to a battery. Positive is active. Negative is passive. Connect the two perfectly and you have power.

If you ask for something but really deep down don't believe that it can be manifested immediately because it is so big, then you are the one who is bringing time into your creation. You are creating the time it will take, based on your perception of the size of the thing you have asked for. But there is no size or time in the Universe. Everything exists now in the mind of the Universe!

Beliefs are created by thinking thoughts repeatedly - until they become beliefs. Beliefs are a constant frequency that you are transmitting, and our beliefs are the strongest things that create our life through the law of attraction. The law of attraction responds to what you believe! That is why when you want to create something you must ask and believe, and then you will receive.

In the context of wealth (or having more money), it is when you no longer feel the need for money that money will come. The feeling of needing money comes from the thought that you don't have enough, and so you continue to create not having enough money. You are always creating, and when it comes to money, you are either creating the lack of it or the abundance of it.

Your job is you and only you. When you are working in harmony with the law, no-one can come between you and the Universe. However if you think another person can get in the way of what you want, then you have done a flip to the negative. Focus on creating what you want. You are the center of divine operation in your life, and your partner is the Universe. No-one can get in the way of your creation.

From the Secret - Creative Abundance (pt 1)

Whatever the financial situation you are currently in, it is one that you have brought into reality through your thoughts. If it is not what you want, then you have created it unconsciously, but still you created it. When you can see this you will understand how powerful you are at creating. And now all you have to do is create what you want, consciously!

When you close your eyes and you visualize having money and imagine doing all the things you want with that money, you are creating a new reality. Your subconscious mind and the law of attraction do not know whether you are imagining something or whether it is real. And so when you imagine, the law of attraction receives those thoughts and images as though you were actually living them, and it must return those visions to you.

When you are in the place where what you are imagining feels real, you will know that it has penetrated your subconscious mind, and the law of attraction must deliver it.

When you go to pay your bills, use your imagination, and make up any game you like. Imagine your bills are checks, or imagine that you are giving the money as a gift when you pay them. Add zeros to your bank statement, or put the Bank of the Universe check from The Secret website on your bathroom mirror, on your fridge, at the bottom of your television screen, on your oven, on the visor in your car, on your desk, or on your computer.

Play, pretend, and make up games that will infiltrate your subconscious with the feeling of abundance.

If an action in your life feels like it contradicts what you want, then use your imagination while you are doing the action. You can use your actions every day to help create what you want. For example, when you are driving your old car you can imagine that you are really driving the new car that you want. When you reach for your wallet you can imagine it bursting with notes. You can change any action into a game of make-believe that is in line with what you want.

Remember that the law of attraction does not know if something is real or imagined.

Financial Freedom Notes from Asia

This is an article from Rich Dad's Blog on women in Asia. Good read for all.

I recently returned from a Rich Dad/Rich Woman Asia tour with Robert and several members of our Rich Dad team. There is nothing better to truly understand what is going on in different parts of the world than to see it with your own eyes.
This tour took us to Tokyo Japan, Shanghai China, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and Singapore. One thing is evident – the news we get in the U.S. is in many cases not what’s actually happening in certain parts of the world. This may not be news to many of you who do not live in the U.S. or who travel outside the U.S. regularly.
Here are just a few things I picked up on this trip.
CHINA – The China economy was in the news every day. When you think of the economy of China what do you think of? What is you perception of China’s financial status? Is their economy booming? The U.S. headlines I’ve read and the news programs I’ve watched regularly refer to the “constant and ever-growing economy of China”. China is the next “great economic growth boom.”
But that’s not what I hear when I’m in China.
Richard Duncan, a brilliant economist who consults with major financial institutions around the world and has consulted with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) explained it this way to me –
If you look at China’s imports and exports, they tell you a much different story. The facts are that in the last year, China’s exports slowed to only 5% growth — Their slowest in years. What that means is that the goods and products manufactured in China and shipped to other countries have slowed tremendously. People in countries outside of China simply aren’t buying as much made-in-China product.
What’s even more important is that China’s imports have slowed to 0% growth.
What does that mean to you?
If you directly or indirectly work in a company that’s involved in manufacturing and shipping items to China, then your company may very well be affected. This includes everything from food, cement, and steel to shipping companies and airlines.
The Chinese economy has slowed so much that there are approximately 64 million vacant apartments in the country. New towns or CBDs (Central Business Districts) that have been recently built are deserted.
That is what’s really happening with the Chinese economy.
Yet if you read The New York Times last month it reported, “In China growth remains robust by Western standards. But concern is rising over the possible end of a property boom.” Possible? That property boom is already burst.
SINGAPORE – In Singapore the country is referred to as “Singapore Inc.” because the country is run as a business. Back in the 1960’s Singapore’s visionary leader, Lee Kwan Yew, approached the top business leaders in Singapore’s private sector and offered to pay them what they were making as CEO’s, presidents and managing directors of their companies if they would work for the Singapore government.
As a result, the key positions in the government were filled with experienced and proven business people who were now running Singapore. That was the start of Singapore Inc. Today, the Singapore economy is strong and the country is very well managed.
They have an abundance of water, where once they imported almost all of their water. They have an unending stream of private money flowing into Singapore from overseas investors who do not trust their own economies or governments but do have faith in how Singapore is managed.
They also have an oversupply of jobs. Singapore continues to grow and needs more people to fill the jobs…Something to think about if you know someone who has been laid off recently.
The complaint I hear against Singapore is, “Yes, but Singapore is a dictatorship. That is terrible!”
Ladies and gentleman, how do you think businesses all over the world are run?
The successful companies have one leader who makes the final decisions. It’s not decision by committee. The smartest leaders have very bright people around them who they refer to and consult with, but the final say is made by the person at the head of the company.
Look at Apple, Oracle and Dell computers. Do you doubt that Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison and Michael Dell called the shots? I’m not saying that Singapore doesn’t have its share of flaws as every country has. I’m saying there is something to be learned from what countries are doing right.
MALAYSIA - Malaysia who, similarly to Singapore, did not get caught up in the frenzy of the sub-prime scam, and the disastrous investments that other countries did, and therefore has not been affected too much from the fall-out of that crisis.
Malaysia today offers foreigners two positives: 1) Jobs – companies are hiring, and 2) Low cost of living. (Granted, Malaysia’s standard of living is not that of Manhattan or San Francisco but it is a friendly country with opportunity.)
It was in Malaysia where the people are so eager to learn and looking for new answers that we actually had to turn away five hundred people from our one-day seminar because the venue was filled beyond capacity.
It was also in Malaysia where I found the two greatest polar opposites regarding women and financial freedom. You’ll love this, women. On the one hand, I met women, single and married, who were actively investing as well as building businesses. You could see their eyes light up when they told me their stories.
And then… I learn of another woman… with a different point of view. This woman started The Obedient Wives Club. Yes, really. Now, I don’t have first-hand knowledge of this organization (the name alone says it all for me.) but what I understand is that the purpose of this organization is to teach women to be submissive to their husbands and to first and foremost please their man. I guess I won’t be sending her a copy of Rich Woman any time soon.
Get the Real Story
My point of this blog is this – You certainly do not have to hop a plane and visit every country to get a true picture of what’s happening throughout the world. BUT if you do want to be successful with your money and be a step ahead of the pack, then it is important to get as accurate a view as possible of the world economies.
You will not often get that through traditional newspapers and magazines. Yet, there are many resources, especially online, that you can seek out.
Here are two resources you may want to check out:
What world economy news resources can you recommend to others to learn more about their journey tofinancial freedom?

Is Your Spouse an Asset?

Is Your Spouse an Asset?: Is your spouse an asset or a liability in regards to your dreams of financial freedom? Things can get stressful when it comes to marriage and money, but if you work on your financial education together, you’ll be able to increase your wealth and have a positive relationship too.

This is a very good article from Rich Dad Blog which I think would be good to share. So here it is:

Have financial freedom AND a positive relationship!

If you stop working today, how long can you survive financially? And I’m talking about on your own without receiving money from a spouse, boyfriend, partner, friend, or anyone else. If you have no idea, it’s time to increase your financial I.Q. and change your situation.
Now is the best time to pursue financial freedom. In a recent, Wall Street Journal article entitled, “Renting Prosperity,” it explains how we are a nation of renters. People are renting everything from homes to cars to books, and more to increase their wealth.
In fact, I mention a story in It’s Rising Time! about this. A lady named Marilyn loved designer handbags, but she couldn’t afford them anymore. So what did she do? She created a business to rent them out, and today, she makes a nice, monthly profit from her small boutique of rental handbags.
The point is to be creative and stop thinking like the status quo. There is always opportunity when you have a financial education. And I know that some of you may be fearful and hesitant to pursue your financial freedom dreams because of your significant other.
Is your spouse a liability or an asset?
If you asked your spouse to take an accounting, real-estate investment, or other, financial class with you, what would he say? Hopefully, he would be supportive and want to work with you to secure your financial future together. After all, if you’re going down one path and your spouse is going down another path, it’s going to be very, very difficult when it comes to you and your money.
And I know there are a lot of spouses out there who are big liabilities. But if you’re in a bad relationship with an unsupportive partner…
Don’t let that stop you! Do it anyway!
Get a financial education. Pick up a book, go online and look at the information that’s out there. Get started now, and take action.
And if you are planning to get married and not sure if your future spouse will be an asset or a liability, play the CASHFLOW® game together because you’ll see behavior you’ve never seen before. It’s amazing when you put people in a game environment… their true behavior comes out, and you’ll see their financial habits on that game board.
A couple that studies and gets rich together, stays together.
This is the mantra Robert and I have had for a long time about marriage and money. Most couples fight over money, and why would you want to fight with someone you love over something dumb like money?
Plus, being married can actually make you wealthier. A study of about 9,000 people by Ohio State University’s Center for Human Resource found that “divorce reduces a person's wealth by about three-quarters (77 percent) compared to that of a single person, while being married almost doubles comparative wealth (93 percent).”
Getting a financial education gives you the opportunity to do something together. If you and your spouse are an asset for each other, you can learn together, grow together, make money together, invest together, get cash flow together, and more. It’s actually a lot of fun. And while the journey to financial freedom is not rocket science, it does take time and effort.
With this in mind, what are you and your spouse going to do today to increase your financial education together?

Paradox of Government

This is a recent post on Martin Armstrong's blog - Paradox of Government.

Paradox of Government

The food stamp program, administered by the is Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and food stamps ever in its history.

Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the Department of the Interior, asks us to “Please Do Not Feed the Animals.”

Their stated reason for the policy is because the animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves.

Is there a paradox in philosophy between the Departments of Agriculture & Interior?

Perhaps we reduce the cost of government by transforming the jobs there into low paying positions without pensions that will be provided to people unable to find real productive jobs. This will reduce the cost of government and lower the cost of just feeding the animals who have become dependent.

Hmmm...

Are You Destined to Be Part of the “Working Poor”?

This is an article taken from Rich Dad Poor Dad Blog. It's good read as the problem is also here in Malaysia. It's just that they hide it very well here so we think it is still ok. However, to make matters worst here, the GoM actually uses EPF money protect their own interest e.g. buying PLUS but in the pretense that it is for the people's interest. This was a trend that actually started during TDM's final few years in power. That line should never have been crossed. He set the trend, and so the next 2 PMs just followed the precedence.

Are You Destined to Be Part of the “Working Poor”?: Have you planned for your financial future with goals, a financial education and action steps? If not, you may end up one of the “working poor” or a poverty statistic. Kim Kiyosaki shares her tips on how you can avoid this ugly surprise and take control of your retirement.

The Blame Game

This is a very good write up by Robert Kiyosaki

The Blame Game
What makes someone successful? Knowing a problem and complaining about it? Or knowing a problem and creating a solution? One is the blame game. The other is the solutions game. One requires no financial education. The other requires a high financial education. Which game do you play?

Do we give fish or the fishing rod? (updated)

We know many people who say they want to change their lives but they have obstacles that prevent them from doing so. The obstacles they have can be no money, no time, no education etc..

But are these really it? While some people may be really bogged down by genuine problems, I do believe that all they need to find is a reason big enough to motivate them, whether by pain or pleasure, to take the necessary actions to make changes in their lives, and they will then do it. Most people on the other hand give up on the slightest difficulty or keep looking for shortcuts.

I'm going to speak from my own personal experience here. I have at one time many years ago tried to help some one change his life. He was a high flying luxury car salesman prior to the 1997 crash. After the crash he lost his expensive BMW, house and fell on hard times. I met him a couple of years later and took it upon myself to help this person change his life. But time and again he kept giving excuses as to why he can't do this or that. The pinnacle came when I "joint-ventured" with him to start a car trading business since that was his forte. It went well for a while. However, when repossessors came for his personal car that he so cleverly hid from them (he actually managed to hide it quite well considering the time it took for them to find this car compared with 3 of his previous ones), he took the money that was meant for the business to pay the repossessors. That merely delayed repossession for a couple of months. I found out within that period and he came clean with me only after I confronted him. Well enough is enough. I decided that I couldn't help this guy anymore after 3 years with him. I walked away. The very next day the repossessors came again and he called asking for money. I told him "no" and that he has to learn to solve his problems instead of looking for handouts. I told him that the money I put into our JV business (he didn't have to put up any money) was actually eventually for him once the business gets established on a firm foot. He said thank you but still asked for money to solve his problem. I said this time it's final. No means no. He turned ugly and scolded me over the phone. I never heard from him ever since until a few years later when his wife called and said he has passed away from a heart attack. Now in refection, it really made me wonder. Sometimes there are some of us who out of compassion and goodwill attempt to help others but do they really want our help? Or do they just want handouts from us?

I know I am not the only one who have gone through this. I know of a very benevolent lady who is already successful. Both she and her husband are self made multi-millionaires and they got their datukship for bringing Malaysia's name to the world in the F&B industry, earning one Michelin Star. Anyway, now that she is already successful she also wants to help others, sometimes with fish, sometimes with fishing rods. I do not know her criteria for handing either one out but I suppose she may look at a person's character and maybe even age as a criteria. I am not saying she's right. Like I said, I do not know the criteria. You can call her an angel (or "white knight" if you prefer). Although I do not know her well enough nor long enough, from what I have seen, she clearly wants to help her husband's siblings and their children change for the better. However from what I have observed, some of them don't really want to change. What they really want are handouts. Well.. perhaps she gave fish once too often and so they kept expecting fish all the time. There was an instance when she asked her nephew to help out at her newly opened cafe with the intention of eventually teaching him the "tricks of the trade" and perhaps even passing the biz to him. However the young chap, after only 2 weeks decided that he wasn't learning anything apart from sweeping floors and other menial work and so he resigned. When I heard this, even I became disappointed. In my view, he was being tested and taught from the most basic up. But being shortsighted he cannot understand this. He has missed a great opportunity. We all saw the original karate kid in the 1980s right? The character Daniel-san (played by Ralph Macchio) was told that he would be taught karate but on his first day at the sensei's house he was told to paint the fence and to paint only in a certain way... much to his disappointment.

In my opinion perhaps this is where personal development comes in. If a person's context is small i.e. cup so small, it's just not possible for that person to recognize an opportunity when it comes. If Pat Morita's character did not physically show Ralph Macchio's Daniel-san why he is being instructed to paint the fence in an up and down hand movement manner, Daniel-san would have missed the opportunity to learn from a great master and realize his dreams. But how many teachers in real life are like the sensei who would be willing to show or let alone tell the potential student why he is being asked to do things in a certain way?

Some people argue or have the opinion that we should sometimes give the fish especially in times of real need. But really... it that so? What would be the cut-off point then? You give fish once, they will ask for fish again the next time. They will not learn. They will still wait to the last minute to do things, sometimes at their own peril. And then... again, ask for fish. So really... Do we give fish or the fishing rod? When do we give the fish? When do we give the fishing rod?

I really don't know. But... I have decided that I will NEVER give fish. I will only give the fishing rod, with a bit of "instruction manual" perhaps but most certainly no spoon feeding. When we give fish once too often, it would almost always lead to abuse. Malaysia as a country is a typical example where giving fish big time leads to massive abuse and incompetence, its clear that it just doesn't work at all.

Transformation vs. Information

Transformation vs. Information: Rich Dad and Rich Woman are not just about financial education and the journey to financial freedom. We help people transform their lives for the long run. And this takes information, action and overcoming fear. Read Kim’s inspiring words to help you start making positive change happen in your life.

The following is an article from Rich Dad Poor Dad Blog:

What you really need to succeed in life

Two weeks ago Robert, I and several Rich Dad Advisors were invited to speak on a seminar cruise. The ship sailed to Belize, Mexico and Honduras. The seven-day cruise was organized by The Real Estate Guys who have an educational, weekly radio show on the subject of, you guessed it, real estate.
What’s great about teaching is that I always learn something, usually unexpected, about either the subject of my talk or in the presentation of it. In this case I learned on both fronts. The greatest take away for me, however, was defining what Rich Woman and Rich Dad do and what business we are in.
It’s not just financial education.
When someone asks me, “What’s your business?” I typically reply, “We have a financial educationcompany.” Yet I know inside that “financial education” really does not fully define what we do. When I say, “We’re in financial education.” most people immediately think of financial or retirement planning, which is far removed from who we are.

Are We Really Lacking of Resources in the World?

At present the issue of conservation and lack of resources is becoming an important issue in the world. Everywhere we are looking at how to be more efficient in order to conserve resources, save the environment etc.

While saving the environment is a noble cause that we should all do, I am not so certain that the lack of resources should be a prime focus or reason. While I agree that we should become efficient to avoid wastage, the truth about our resources is that there is more than enough resources for all.

We have everything we need in this world to sustain ourselves as a race for many more decades as of right now. All the resources we will ever need is available right now. There is no lack of resources in this world. If we wanted, we can easily:- eradicate poverty; create jobs for everyone; eradicate famine; eradicate diseases; find all the resources we need, etc. the question is not if we have the resources, it's whether we have the will to make the necessary shift to achieve that. While I will not provide figures here, any of you can pursue this and do your own research. Your research will without fail lead you to the conclusion that we are actually in-efficiently mis-distributing our natural resources and that we actually have abundant resources for all. The evidence are all there screaming at us. It's a question of whether we have the will to make the necessary changes for a better future. Or do we buy the bullshit that industrial lobbyist sells to us.

One of the best examples is in the food industry. Again, I will not provide figures (I don't need to) and I'm sorry to say that you must either be living in denial or be blind if you can't figure this out yourself with a little simple research of your own. Great personalities like Anthony Robbins, hollywood stars, and the likes have been telling us that eating meat is an inefficient means to getting the energy and nutrients that our body needs. We actually burn more to get the energy from meat. So really, it doesn't make sense to continue taking a lot of meat. Even our physiological make up actually fits eating more veg and fruits.
What's the point in consuming something that is a net energy lost. While meat eaters will claim that they feel week if they don't take meat, that is actually their body's craving (or addiction to put it bluntly). All they need to do is get disciplined and once they overcome the initial craving phase, they will actually feel a whole lot healthier and energetic.

The amount of land used to plant grass for cattle is huge. One cow requires a huge land for grass as its food. That one cow we slaughter for its meat feeds how many people? Whereas if we use that same land area to plant vegetables and legumes, how many more people can we feed? A whole lot more that's for sure. Just do your own research and the obvious answer would scream at you. Well...humans being humans, we'll probably go "I like and want my meat". Well, you're one of the selfish causes in this planet that is creating the lack of resources issue.

Our governments and the respective agencies can easily educate people of this but unfortunately they lack the will (or is it due to lobbying but meat industrialist?). As a result of this inaction, vast majority of people do not know the hard facts. Some meat eaters (or meat proponents) even go as far as saying that their culture and religion "requires" the sacrifice of some animal at certain dates. Oh puhleeezzz... What a load of bull crap. Your religion and God is obviously very cruel if what you say is true. I also know of some people who are so righteous that they just insist on taking their meat... right up to the point when their health starts deteriorating to a danger level.

I'm not saying that we should all go veg. What I'm saying is that we do not need that much meat. We should be eating less meat and more veg anyway. but the prevalent eastern and western cultures are heavy on meat and that's what we should be changing.

I can go on about the meat industry but I'll stop here.

Next lets have a look at the energy industry. Do you know that in the 20th century, we already had the technology to produce electric cars that are so environmentally friendly and yet powerful? This technology was already invented in the early or mid 20th century. The trial runs were full of promises but the cars were on loan i.e. they users can use them during the trial run period (contractually binding) of a few years but cannot purchase the cars. However, upon completion of the contract period, for some reason unbeknownst to all, the cars were recalled and destroyed. Yes... destroyed. This despite the users asking for the motor companies to sell them those cars. Why is that? Intense lobbying from the petroleum industry.

The Middle East has intense sunlight for months every year. We have the technology to build many solar panels there that can power the entire earth. But do we do that? No.. they build expensive real estates and continue to pump oil from the ground.

The list truly goes on and on.

But the bottom line is that we have ALL the resources that we will ever need. The Earth is Abundant in natural resources and there is more than enough to go around for all of us. It is the selfish greed of select group of humans (and their corporations) that keeps us at this dire strait thinking that there is a lack in resources.

Is it true that People Who Are Poor Have Chosen To Be Poor

I know this is a very harsh statement. And some people may not be able to stomach it. Well...hear me out and I'll explain it.

While it is true that some people are born with a silver spoon it certainly doesn't mean that they will get to keep their wealth with them. Especially when that wealth was accumulated by the previous generation and they are just reaping the benefits or spoils. There is a Chinese saying that wealth lasts for 3 generations at most: the first generation accumulates it, the second enjoys it, the third squanders it.

There is a reason for that. And it can be explained from an energy perspective. We also know from the Law of Attraction that like attracts like and our mindset determines our life.

For starters, to be fair, I must say that most poor people know no better. Their cup (context) is so small. So how can we expect them to contain higher truths? What we say to them about wealth would most likely blow over their heads. It's not that they don't want to receive, it's just that they are just not able to receive. I am sure, if given equal opportunities, everyone would want to improve their lives. But many cannot not because they don't want to but because they can't see it. And since they can't see it, they fall back on what they know best, which unfortunately is what kept them there in the first place. Some of them see it but it gets uncomfortable and thus they prefer to stay in their comfort zone or with what they know best. The problem with what they know best is that that's what is keeping them there in the first place. You can take the world's wealth and distribute it equally amongst the 7 billion of us human beings and give it a few years, say 5-10 years, and come back and check back on humanity. When you revisit and check the wealth distribution 5-10 years later, you'll find that the wealth has again been re-distributed, to pretty much similar to how it was before you gave everyone their equal share. The odd persons who have far more wealth than before would be the ones who had the personal development but no money (yet) at the time before your equal distribution. The odd persons who had money before your equal distribution but no money after 5-10 years would be those who never had the personal development but inherited a big sum of money from somewhere. There is a saying, "A fool and his money is soon parted".

Anyway, we will start with the Law of Attraction first. People who have a poor person's mentality (i.e. looking for handouts, having an outlook that there isn't enough for all or a "lack" mentality) go about life as if they need to struggle to make ends meet. They have a "lack" mentality. Hence because they keep having that mentality, they are portraying to the universe that they are struggling, that they do not have enough, that life is a struggle etc etc. and by the Law of Attraction, what they put out is what they will receive back. Hence they keep attracting events that will further reinforce their belief that there isn't enough to go around for everyone.

Of course it is rather difficult for someone poor to focus on abundance when he/she has to worry about putting bread on the table for the family. But that's what they should not be focusing on. While putting bread on the table is important, and should be at the back of the mind, their focus should be on how to increase their means i.e. generating wealth. But if a person's mindset is poor (i.e. lacking personal development), there is no way they can focus on generating wealth because they would not know how to. Hence it is like a vicious cycle. They are poor to start with and their mindset keeps them poor as they know no better.

If you are skiing down a slope and you see a tree in front of you, what should you do to avoid that tree? Do you focus on that tree? Or do you keep that tree at the back of the mind so you know it is there but you then focus on going somewhere else away from the tree? Needless to say, focusing on the tree will cause you to have a head on collision with it and in fact as you near it, your constant focusing on it caused you to blank out everything else and that makes your collision even more unavoidable. On the other hand, focusing elsewhere while maintaining the tree at the back of the mind enables you to keep calm and look for solutions to get out of your predicament. Your chances of avoiding the collision is sooo much higher. This is personal development, your intelligence, your "fill in the blank".

Poor people have small context (not all poor people). Their cup can only contain so much. And as explained by Maslow's Diagram, basic needs need to be satisfied first. However constant focus on that without personal development results in them getting caught up in "life", knowing no different, and they keep on making poor decisions etc that ultimately keeps them poor.

You would also notice, if you do charity work, that many of these poor people expect handouts. And when you give them charity ("fish") some of them not only do not show gratitude, they even have the gall to complain and scold you if it is not to their expectations or taste etc. Imagine sending chicken rice to the needy and one or two of them tell you they don't want chicken rice today, they want noodles and insist on it. Hello?! They will complain about everything but they will not do anything. In fact, even some of those who on the outside seems "nice", when the help stops for whatever reason, they become instantly hostile and demand their handouts. So in light of all these, is it any wonder that the poor are poor? Of course this is a general statement. Not all of them are like that. But if one knows energy and the Law of Attraction, it becomes apparent why they are poor.

On top of that, some of them makes matters worse for themselves by not meaning what they say. Today they tell you one thing but tomorrow they do something else. Or worse, they don't do anything at all after saying they would do something. This directy effects their basic chakra. The basic chakra shrinks every time they do not honor their words. Their words end up having no power. So how on earth are they going to be able to manifest anything?

In fact if you attempt to help them develop themselves, majority of them choose to give excuses rather than find the time for personal development. Most wouldn't even believe in personal development. To them, personal development is nonsense and that they do not need it. They would look at trainers as conmen who are after their money. And they would rather be right about that than to change themselves. They may put up the hand and say they want to change, but when it comes to the crust, they back out or give excuses or say their boss won't let them (their "so and so" won't let them). All sorts of excuses start coming out. They will blame the rich, the government, their spouse, everybody else but themselves. Of course, again, not all are like that. There are those who consciously makes the effort to develop themselves to get themselves out of the rut they are in. Kudos to those who do.

So you see...poor people "chose" to be poor by the decisions that they are making. Such decisions in life keeps them where they are and it becomes a vicious cycle for them and their families. I had a late friend who was a high flyer at one time, but due to a poor mindset, fell onto bad times. Though he attempted to develop himself, he couldn't take his focus off his problems. Hence it was this problem and that problem. Car repossessed etc. To make matters worse, he started saying that his religion says this and that. His religious righteousness came into play. Well....to cut the story short, he died a pauper. This was many years ago. The funny thing was this, after he passed away, his widow, who also developed her own personal development, but definitely having a more positive outlook of life, started having break throughs. While I do not know the full story of what happened since I last saw him alive, I know she is now remarried and quite successful. The shackles were removed upon his passing. He was the reason why they stayed poor all this while. He was overpowering but in a wrong way and his mentality kept them poor. Sigh....

On the other hand rich people have a rich person's mindset. I don't mean expensive taste. I mean they think differently. They see things as ideas not problems. They look for solutions instead of handouts or complaining. Their personal development is constantly growing. There is so much to learn. They have open minds. They also have a more positive outlook. Is it any wonder the money follows them? Energy wise, they have strong basic chakras. They honor their words therefore their words have power and this directly effects their manifestation ability.

If a rich person loses all of his/her money, as long as he still has his personal development with him, he would easily regain it all. We all know of multi-millionaires or billionaires who lost it all only to get it all back within a few years, don't we? Donald Trump is one. We also know of poor people with poor mentality who got it lucky and made millions only to lose it all and never regain that money back. Some famous sports personalities or entertainment personalities fall into this category. They made millions but died paupers.

So that's why I say the poor chose to be poor. It is either conscious or unconscious but they made that decision at a certain level as harsh as this may sound. And this is why I absolutely believe in Personal Development. And Personal Development encompasses everything including spiritual.
