The different levels of truth

I feel inspired to write this..

There are different levels of truth in this world. The level that we 'can accept' depends on our personal development. And this effect us as individuals, family, community, nations, even up to humanity level. Quite difficult to explain. But I'll try.

I'll give a simple example:

Before Magellan went round the world, the "truth" was the world was flat and you fall off if you go off the edge. Sorta like a waterfall or sorts.

After he went round the world, that "truth" was shattered and humanity's context expanded to accept a new higher "truth" that was the world was round. Well, I'm sure Magellan had his moments of doubt.

Anyway, today humanity's context has expanded much much further and that "truth" has since been long shattered and we now know the world is a slightly elliptical sphere.

That's what it means by levels of "truth". "Truth" depends on our context or cup. The only way to grow or expand our cup is to develop ourselves. Hence the importance of Personal Development.

This applies to many things from finance, relationships, spirituality, religious practices etc etc.

So never neglect your personal development. Coz that's the only thing you have that can never be taken away and will grow with nurturing.
